Easy Transfer of Accounts We can receive your accounts via tape, electronically (on disk or by modem) or manually enter your data. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to refer your accounts to us for collection. Fidelity is capable of accepting collection claims in a variety of ways:
All electronically transmitted accounts are entered immediately, while manual or faxed claims are entered into the system within 24 hours. After accounts are entered they are directly transferred to a live collector for immediate action. We do not place accounts on a House Desk and "cream" them with a letter series. Our policy is to generate some kind of monetary return in the quickest possible fashion. Therefore, our actuarial results are consistently very high. We report all claims to Experian, Trans Union, Equifax and bad checks to TeleCheck, unless requested to do otherwise.
