Handling Litigation With your authorization, we will initiate legal action when there is a good possibility of actual recovery. Legal action is only an option after all regular methods of collection have been exhausted. We have our own in-house Legal Department that will handle the claim from initial filing of the Complaint to Satisfaction of the Judgment. This is only done with your written authorization and we will file the suit in our name, thereby minimizing any unnecessary exposure to our client. Fidelity will advance court costs and attorney fees when necessary and this is always recovered from first money collected on the account, unless other arrangements have been made. Litigation is the strongest demand possible, therefore it is not taken lightly.
