If you are already a Fidelity client, follow these instructions to submit additional accounts:
Existing clients can now submit new accounts to Fidelity right from this page on our newly redesigned site! See below for simple instructions. NOTE: If you are NOT already a Fidelity client, please click here to submit your first account to us, or contact a representative at one of the numbers listed at the top of the page.
Instructions for Emailing new accounts to us:
- Click here to open your email program and create a new message. Note: If this doesn't launch your email program, then manually launch it yourself.
- Be sure to type in your company name, a contact name (your name or the person responsible) and phone number.
- Address the eMail to johnl@fcscollect.com.
- Have the new account file you wish to send ready to go on your computer. Files must be in ASCII comma-delimited format. If this is a problem for you, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
- Attach the account file to the email message: Click on the "attachment" icon (in MS Outlook Express it looks like a paperclip) and attach the ASCII file to the Email.
- Click on the "send" button and you're done. You should receive confirmation of receipt in 24 hours.
